Allison N. Ward has been photographing since she was fifteen. She fell in love with photography much earlier though when her uncle took her to Beale Street in Memphis late one evening. She loved the idea of going someplace "exotic" for the sole purpose of taking pictures. So many adventures to be had!
Allison holds a BFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, has been a resident of the Yaddo artist community and is published in "Visualizing the Blues: Images of the American South".
